Amazing
GGuest UserExtremely friendly service. Clean rooms. I was nervous about staying near a busy area, but it was pretty quiet. Super convenient to walk to and from rangers games. Pool was nice, and had a park area nearby to take my dog to potty. Hotel provided my dog a bag with bowls, tag, treats, and poop bags. Would love to stay here again!

CCarlaWe noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done.
Of course later she called back stating it was a server error.
I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed.

Fforney stephanieIt was a good place it was nice deposit is a little steep you'll get back when you check out but it takes to 14 days for you to get it back onto your card and I haven't even gotten my $100 deposit back and there was nothing took me from the hotel

CChristensenStayed here for the Dodgers game at Globe Life Park. It was last minute booking the hotel is in a pretty good location lots of restaurants around and the park only being like 1 mile from the hotel. Theirs a guy in their giving rides back and forth from there for a fee. The hotel is somewhat nice for the price but could be a little more cleaner IMO. Would stay again if the price is right.

BBeautiful dayThis is a nice hotel but for the price you pay for a night they could at least provide microwaves in the room. In order to warm up guru food you have to go all the way to the lobby to use the one and only microwave which in my opinion is ridiculous.

GGuest UserThe hotel was nice. The only complaint I have it that I had my Do Not Enter/ Do Not Disturb (not sure which it said) hanging on the door when I went to the store. They entered anyway! I had money left out on the counter and other valuables that I didn’t have put in the safe bc I didn’t have time to throw it in there. They shouldn’t have entered if I put the sign on the door that said don’t smh
