GGuest UserGreat location. Loved the balcony. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. It had sprinÄŁs coming through. The breakfast was nice even though it was reduced due to covid. The hoteÄș was very clean. The front desk workers were great. We would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserCelebrating my birthday was a great experience. The room was oceanfront. The shower was incredible but the room was very small. There was minimal furniture so everything must stay in the luggage or on the floor. The bed was very comfortable and tv was large but there was nowhere to sit and only 1 nightstand. I suggest a mini fridge and 2 nightstands. Other then that I would recommend checking the Moxy out . Every employee seemed to enjoy working there and everyone was friendly and helpful

RRiyuezhongguangwuzhimingThe suite is very large and can accommodate 6 people. The room has a terrace and a sea view. It is very close to the beach. The hotel restaurant is also very good, specializing in seafood. The transportation is very convenient. Parking is charged.

AAnonymous UserRight on the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants, hotel lobby and rooms were clean but AC in rooms doesn't work very well and a few rooms have issues with doors locking guests out of their rooms due to shifting of the security latch. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly, however one manager didn't seem to care if she offended the guests as she made comments about the house keeping ânot speaking English well enoughâ and making comments behind their backs.

GGuest UserElevator was broken so it took a very long time to get wherever you needed to go within the hotel. Food in hotel was good enough to eat if you donât want to leave. & the location is perfect if you want the mix of the calm and l beach shopping. And a few blocks up thereâs plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Great place for families to visit and couples.

GGerlindaThe hotel is fine and the room is exactly what was described, the staff are very polite and helpful. It has pools and jacuzzi. However, in the advert they offer a free breakfast which also indicated in the booking confirmation but upon arrival I was informed that breakfast is not included :( . Apparently, the issue is with the app and not wiht the hotel.

GGuest UserMy daughters favorite hotel on the beach - and the extra amenities for families allows me to work from the hotel if necessary - while my munchkin still has fun.. she loves the kids club even at 10 y/o and the private mini movie theater because she can go âby herselfâ since I am only a few feet away. The indoor lazy river pool is a huge hit - and clean and maintained. The outdoor pool is BEACHFRONT..almost in the sand its so well located.The few times we have stayed there the staff was always above and beyond helpful.
Downfalls - The A/C units could use an upgrade and the breakfast spot needs some decor upgrades but the food is REAL (not âpretend scrambled eggsâ ) and well prepared and service is good. I wouldn't consider it a âLuxuryâ hotel and the seasonal prices are equal to the fancy competitors but I guess that depends on how you define luxury - my daughter would choose this hotel over the new Hilton without question.

GGuest UserOne bath towel and no linens for fold out couch. No big deal really except there is no phone in the room to call for linens. The one person manning the front desk was pleasant and courteous but she was slammed. One front desk person for a beach front hotel in June.

cockroach and Swimming pool is terrible and the room floors are ages ago. I didnât expect part of holiday-inn hotels. The reception looks great but the hotel must need floor renovations as this made low star hotel.
