GGuest UserAlways convenient, I frequently stay here when I'm in Bac Ninh. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, making it easy to handle things like booking taxis. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, so daily life is very convenient. (Photos are not related to the room)

GGuest UserThe hotel's recent prices offer great value for money, making it an excellent choice for a stay. The rooms are clean and fresh, and most importantly, it's very quiet. The gym and swimming pool are among the best in Bac Ninh. Ms. Guiying at the front desk was very kind; she proactively helped me book a taxi and even drove me to the main entrance. The overall service at the hotel is consistently comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserMixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing
I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay.
- Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved.
- Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing.
- BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value.
- Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price.
- Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort.
On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

Hotel is a large, well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for a work trip. The rooftop restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and good food, and the pool is definitely a standout — a great place to unwind. The gym is adequate for a quick workout during a busy business day.
The location near the city of Bakhnin is convenient if you’re there for work, with easy access to nearby areas. Overall, a solid stay for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

ああきおさんI was on a business trip and needed to extend my stay. When I asked the front desk, they quickly confirmed that I could continue using my room. They also kindly informed me that I could either extend my stay at the front desk or through the app, and I should choose whichever option was cheaper. All the hotel staff are very kind, which made my stay very comfortable. I plan to use this hotel again for my next business trip. Plus, the room is clean and the breakfast is delicious!

2. It’s very noisy. Taxis are almost everywhere near the road all night long.

It is especially worth mentioning that the beds are very comfortable and ensure a good quality of sleep.
