"Our stay at Pousada Vila Pequi was excellent! The atmosphere is cozy, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after sightseeing. The distance to the center of Lençóis is a bit of a drawback, but nothing that compromises the experience. Special mention goes to Ludmilla, the owner of the inn, who was attentive and patient throughout our stay, and to the staff. We were a group of five people, and every time we had a different question, she answered them all with great kindness, speed, and willingness. In addition, her recommendations for tours, restaurants, and tips about the region made all the difference to our trip. We recommend Pousada Vila Pequi to anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, and truly exceptional service."

"We came here as day guests, not as hotel guests, for lunch, the pool and a massage, and it was a perfect way to spend the day. The food was genuinely excellent, well executed and worth the trip on its own. Service was the highlight: Cauã looked after us all afternoon, attentive without ever hovering, and clearly proud of the place. The pool area is beautiful and relaxed, and the massage rounded off the day nicely. If you are in the area and not staying here, it is still very much worth stopping for."

"Rooms are in open air with no AC. Hotel advertises having wifi but its only in common areas, not in the chalets. We had a frog living in our toilet, and rooms have open holes on the wooden floors, and ceilings where bugs and reptiles crawl in such as: biting ants, spiders, many mosquitoes, lizards, frogs. I left the property with many bites all over my body, body aches, chills, headache, nausea, (dengue fever from mosquitoes). The biggest major hospital is 5 hours away. The hotel very pricey for what it is. The pictures look charming online but this place is a tourist trap."

"I visited this establishment with high expectations due to its reputation, but my experience was quite disappointing. The manager, in particular, displayed behavior that I find unacceptable in any commercial setting. From the beginning, she seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns and was rather curt in her responses, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Its really hard to get to the beach, the lodge is far from the beach and the transfer is only once daily. We had a manager that was very engaged on making our stay the worse posible. Customer service is a crucial part of any business, and I believe that a bit more empathy and courtesy would make a significant difference. I hope management consider investing in training to improve their approach to customers, as I currently feel unmotivated to return to the establishment or recommend it to others. To be fair, the only welcoming staff were Jardel and Francisco they were really heartwarming and simpathetic. Anyhow, the instalation might seem fair in the pictures but is only in the pictures. The sheets were Not clean enough, the room had a terrible smell, the air conditioning didnt work and we had to spend the entire stay on a “sauna”. Anyway, never stay on Velho Bateau if you consider your well being important."

"Good: Fairly clean, but there were small ants in the room, which is probably unavoidable. The view from the breakfast terrace was amazing. Bad: They gave us the noisiest room facing the street, God, there were motorcycles constantly revving, making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was so-so."

"The hotel had a shower in the top floor that we could use after we have checked out. The room was very clean. The air conditioning could be much stronger. Everything looks very new. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. You can have tapioca with eggs, some juices, breads, coffee and some more."
