"We stayed for 2 nights in a King Room in the back of the Inn overlooking the Grounds and the Pool. The room was a Very Good size room with King bed, and small sofa. It also had a wet bar with a Microwave, Keurig coffee Maker, and refrigerator. Large closet with iron, and ironing board. Great size bathroom with Tommy Bahama toiletries and great water pressure!!! King size bed was very comfortable, and AC was quiet! This Inn was beautifully maintained inside and outside!!! Excellent Find!"

"Just went and had a three day,  two night vacation at this ski in ski out for Attitash. The beds for Comfortable,  pillows were comfortable, slept well. The pool and hot tub were clean and both a great temperature. I even saw staff testing the water. The gym was clean, equipment served it’s purpose. Sad the main restaurant/tap house was closed but they do at least have a breakfast spot on site open till 1. Great amenities of equipment storage, corn hole, and some board games."

"We stayed in 4 different places on our fall foliage trip to New England and this was our favorite place by far! Very clean, specious, had more inside of the room that most places do. We had fridge, microwave and sink inside of the room. Check in was very quick, Jenny was very friendly. We loved, loved staying in this Inn. If we are in the area, this is the one we will pick to stay in."

"Our extended family recently stayed at Tuckaway Suites for a holiday gathering. I can’t say enough positive things about the accommodations which were clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. We had three families staying in three of their larger suites which gave both parents and kids plenty of space to hang out comfortably over the long weekend. The owners were great to communicate with and very helpful with local restaurant and activity recommendations. A perfect location for a fun NH getaway…we will definitely be back!!"

The Buttonwood Inn on Mt. Surprise ★★★
"There was an air of subtle quality about everything in The Buttonwood Inn, extending to even it's owners. We were welcomed into a sparkling clean and tastefully decorated space with courtesy and charm. Our large suite had it's own private entrance, with parking just a few steps away. Doug and Donna are two of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet, and they have done an outstanding job with the historic Buttonwood Inn. Knowledgeable about the area, they were easily able to recommend local attractions. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, quickly delivered piping hot. As our stay coincided with a few unusually warm spring days (Shirtsleeves weather on top of Mount Washington!) there was no need for the fireplace, and Doug started up the Buttonwood's A/C just for us! We were so pleased with our stay that we can recommend The Buttonwood Inn without any hesitation whatsoever."
