"We were very disappointed with this hotel overall. The air conditioning didn't work, but it was at least repaired after one night. Hot water only arrived after a long wait. Breakfast wasn't à la carte as advertised; instead, the selection was limited to one of approximately 20 breakfast options, which were only available to paying guests. For example, we would have had to pay extra for a mushroom omelet. Even the glass of orange juice was smaller than those served to other paying guests. The pre-packaged butter was rancid and tasted like blue cheese. Birds were being fed by staff in the restaurant and had to be repeatedly shooed away from the table. The room was spacious and equipped with everything except Netflix or at least an accessible HDMI port. The staff were friendly and attentive."

"Stayed two nights. Budget-friendly, no-frills property; well located within walking distance of the cruise terminal, with tens of shops and restaurants. There is also a full-fledged grocery store one block away. Reasonably quiet after hours. The lobby is located one floor above the ground, and can be reached via a steep 20-step staircase, which is not the easiest to navigate with luggage. The room was basic but clean, with a well lit desk area. Amenities included a mini-fridge and a small safe (the latter too small for a laptop). No coffee maker or electric kettle. A/C worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order. Hot shower with good water pressure. Wifi worked well. Friendly staff. For the price paid, the property met my needs and was a good value."

"I came for Alexander Hamilton.The clean of this hotel is not good enough.The table is full of ants, My leg was bitten with red spots.The toilet is broken. I tried to repair it twice myself. At night, the water tank always makes a loud pumping sound.And the air conditioner is not cold enough.Besides, the kettle is broken.But there is a kitchen and microwave oven, which makes people feel very convenient.But the service is very enthusiastic.The locals are very enthusiastic about me. I like the island very much, but I may not come again next time."
