"Newly renovated hotel. A lot of the facilities are still fairly new, very clean. They have breakfast, 24-hour coffee, and inexpensive $62+ tax (i was in hotel during low traffic days) This was my best value hotel in about 25 years. If you are in Bufallo-Rochester area, I recommend it. (I have to add that I am from NYC, hotels are very expensive there, and many hotels in the city are not new)"

"We ended up with a flat tire and an unusable spare on the NY interstate and Batavia was the closest city to be towed to. Since it was after hours, we had to stay the night until our tire could be repaired the next morning. It was the beginning of the 4th of July weekend so our options were limited and we had to find a place within a 2 mile radius of the service station our car was left at per tow company policies, which is how we ended up at the Days Inn in Batavia. I will start by saying the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They got us cab info for the next morning and helped us get the best rate possible for our stay (although still WAY more than should have ever been paid for a place like this). BUT, the hotel itself was so run down and the room was disgusting. If we weren't stuck without a car and exhausted from our unexpected mishap, we would have promptly asked for a refund and left. There was mold on the ceiling above one of the beds, grime on the bathroom floor, scratchy military issue looking blankets on the beds, terribly uncomfortable mattresses/pillows, the a/c unit made a loud noise all night, and a room near ours looked like the door had been busted open and left that way (see pictures). My son said it was the scariest place he had ever stayed. When the tow company picked us up the next morning, they said they were so sorry we stayed there. I guess I should have read reviews, but we were in a pickle and I assumed it would be okay based on the price (it wasn't cheap) and it being a Wyndham property. I would advise against staying at this hotel if at all possible."
