They actually told the guests that they were too busy and there were many food options nearby, so they asked us to eat outside. We value the quality of hotels when we stay in them, and of course we also hope to pursue the hotel's environment and services when dining. After much persuasion, they agreed to delay the meal. I have never encountered a five-star hotel restaurant treating the dining needs of hotel guests like this. There is room for improvement and enhancement in this regard."

The food for breakfast was awesome and delicious, with a lot of varieties. They also have free flow coffee and tea - which made my day everyday. 😍 The facilities were perfect - gym and washer dryer. Able to handle my laundries fast too.  The rooms are very clean with daily cleaning service. Good aircond, TV, internet and sound proofing.  Safe place to stay. There are many stores down for food.  Located nearby many attraction places.  Definitely worth a stay including foreigners!"

For an e-sports hotel, the computer configuration is simply amazing. Teaming up for online gaming was seamless, and the gaming experience was fantastic. The service was also exceptionally attentive. "The room was spacious and comfortable. They had the ventilation and air conditioning on beforehand, and slippers were conveniently placed by the bed and bathroom door – very thoughtful details. It seems to be a high-end hotel; the atmosphere is luxurious from the lobby onwards, with a small, charming shopping area, a landscaped garden for strolling, and a separate building housing a gym and swimming pool. I think I stayed in a lower-end room; there are likely better executive rooms available at very competitive prices. It was a bit old-school, though, with things like instant noodle playing cards in the bar and small price tags for extra charges. The room had thick carpets throughout, which felt a bit odd for a high-end hotel. At checkout, the front desk asked if I had any suggestions for improvement, which I hesitated to offer. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience; they didn't affect my stay and was very comfortable and pleasant."
