For an e-sports hotel, the computer configuration is simply amazing. Teaming up for online gaming was seamless, and the gaming experience was fantastic. The service was also exceptionally attentive. The front desk staff was welcoming and patient, promptly meeting any requests. The price was also very reasonable, and the value for money was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Bazhong!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. They had the ventilation and air conditioning on beforehand, and slippers were conveniently placed by the bed and bathroom door – very thoughtful details. It seems to be a high-end hotel; the atmosphere is luxurious from the lobby onwards, with a small, charming shopping area, a landscaped garden for strolling, and a separate building housing a gym and swimming pool. I think I stayed in a lower-end room; there are likely better executive rooms available at very competitive prices. It was a bit old-school, though, with things like instant noodle playing cards in the bar and small price tags for extra charges. The room had thick carpets throughout, which felt a bit odd for a high-end hotel. At checkout, the front desk asked if I had any suggestions for improvement, which I hesitated to offer. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience; they didn't affect my stay and was very comfortable and pleasant."

"The hotel is in the Chinese style I like, with good facilities and its own hot spring bath in the room. The overall service of the hotel is good and it is suitable for family living. The only drawback is that the catering service is not up to par. It was the Spring Festival holiday during our stay, so it is understandable that the hotel hosted a banquet, but this cannot be used as a reason to refuse hotel guests from dining. They actually told the guests that they were too busy and there were many food options nearby, so they asked us to eat outside. We value the quality of hotels when we stay in them, and of course we also hope to pursue the hotel's environment and services when dining. After much persuasion, they agreed to delay the meal. I have never encountered a five-star hotel restaurant treating the dining needs of hotel guests like this. There is room for improvement and enhancement in this regard."

"The service attitude of all staff is rated 5 out of 5, and the hotel's external environment is also rated 5 out of 5. There are many charging stations, including DC fast charging. The only downside is that the basement is a bit hard to find, with no clear signage. A minor drawback is that, to save electricity, the main unit was probably set to 26 degrees Celsius. No matter how low the air conditioning was set in the room, it remained around 26-27 degrees Celsius during the day, which was too hot. It only dropped to 25 degrees Celsius at night. I asked for a desk lamp, but it was a cheap one with a glaring blue LED light that hurt my eyes. I asked for a fan, but they brought me an air cooler, which had weak airflow, was noisy, and completely useless. It would have been much better to have a few ordinary fans like Midea or AUX that you could easily buy online for a few dozen yuan. The biggest drawback is the breakfast. Many ingredients were not fresh, and the taste was the worst I've ever had. I especially want to criticize the watermelon, which was 100% leftover. The sweet fermented rice balls were bland and tasted like chewing wax. The pastries in the pastry section were mostly leftovers and didn't taste fresh. I paid an extra 79 yuan for breakfast for two when booking the room, which was worse than ordering takeout. A word of advice: choose the room type without breakfast at this hotel, and absolutely do not pay extra for breakfast!!! The owner is so stingy and has no conscience."
