God place for family

It was the off-season when I stayed there. All the resorts in Golden Beach were dark, except this hotel with a casino. The breakfast and dinner are great. Parking is free.

Nice hotel

I agree that the receptionist doesn’t understand how to attend costumers. The dining room (all inclusive) was annoyance . People have to go and get their food and drinks and so on.. Three times my food was taken away from the table while I was getting coffee or dessert. Even after my 1..complaint it still went on. Internet is rather bad and weak. But à great place to be

I was shocked to see how clean and organized Perla is. For the price I paid, I didn't expect anything, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, I really want to thank my housekeeper for doing such a good job every day-she made me feel special! The breakfast in the morning was also great, and the swimming pool and parking lot were great. I really appreciate all the staff and Pella Hotel for making my trip so easy.
