Varna Hotels with Balcony

We recommend the hotel with all our hearts. Firstly, the cleanliness is above all praise, and secondly, the staff are all very friendly, we, not knowing the Bulgarian language, did not feel any discomfort, everyone helped at the first request. Thirdly, the breakfasts are sooooo delicious. And the main feature is that a visit to the Aqua House is included in the price of your stay. We enjoyed our time there. Хороший отель! Для семьи с ребёнком - отличный вариант: большая двуспальная кровать и раскладной диван для ребёнка, разграничено пространство в номере - ребёнок спит отдельно. Два балкончика, столики - уютно и есть все, что нужно. Завтраков как таковых вроде нет, но на первом этаже кофемашина, чай и печеньки доступны в течении всего дня, так что завтракали в отеле без проблем. Рядом (30 м) магазин, в 5-7 минутах ходьбы хороший ресторанчик, где можно вкусно и недорого поужинать (”Бижу). Работники отеля - милейшие люди) Встретили нас радушно, всегда готовы помочь, если нужно, очень приятно!

The mineral spring pool is beautiful and comfortable, and the outdoor sulfur pool is very warm in winter. I ate at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, which tasted very good. The room MINI BAR was completely free for the first time, which was really unexpected. The only thing is that the hot spring does not provide bath towels, so you need to take the bath towels in the room. Of course, the front desk was very helpful and gave them to you. Thank you very much. It is very close to the lighthouse by the sea. By the way, you can use the nearby AQUAHOUSE for free for 3 hours if you make an appointment, but we didn't have time and didn't go.

It was the off-season when I stayed there. All the resorts in Golden Beach were dark, except this hotel with a casino. The breakfast and dinner are great. Parking is free.

Everything was lovely. The only thing I would like to add is there are a lot of stares that you have to go up and down when you go to the beach or to get to the pool. We went with our elderly parents and they have difficulties walking or going up and down the stairs. Otherwise we enjoyed our days there.

Hotel front desk service attitude is poor, the room is not clean, the gym is dirty and messy, the three meals are small, the quality is also poor, the overall feeling of the hotel is poor, will not come to vacation again

Обслуживание, скажу так приятные люди, в общении и без, опрятные, любят помагать , обращают внимание на просьбы, очень чисто и комфортно.Еда очень скромная, но достаточно вкусная !

Fast elevators, efficient and quiet air conditioning, and a TV with a working remote. Left luggage facility, 24-hour reception, and tasty meals. Downsides: No drinks included with dinner for the half-board option (breakfast + dinner) – they could have at least offered water for half-board, with soda, wine, and beer available for an extra charge. No payment terminal at the hotel bar. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough – they came daily but only emptied the trash twice. I had to bring toilet paper myself from reception. When I left a tip, then I even got clean towels.
