"Went with family during the winter off season and can highly recommend! The spa was amazing and has many different facilities to chose from. Not only is the overall atmosphere nice but especially the pools and sauna overlooking g the sea make you feel truly relaxed. The outdoor pool wiyh mineral water was nice in the cold weather. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (they also tend to be quite warm) with well stocked bathrooms. We had a reservation with breakfast and dinner included and the variety of food was truly amazing. It tastes great as well!"

"Hotel îs clean , service and food very good. Unfortunately the state of the rooms are not as good…we found some bathroom appliances with rust and worst of all was a broken shelf in the bathroom with which I injured myself very badly cutting my finger."

"If you will stay here in summer time you don’t have cold water, A/C will work when that want, and the people from technical part come to your room to see the problem and go out. They don’t have any resolution for problem, only shrugged it off and say it’s not my problem. They have big prices for bad services, you will find cockchafer in reception. For sure I won’t come back here, I’m very upset at all bad services."

"One of our best family holiday. Close to the airport, close to bus to the Varna city center and also to Zlate pisky. Yet, the location is much calmer and with relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is just on the beach with enough sunbeds for everyone. The pool with two water slides is big enough and just next to the beach bar with all-day drinks and snacks. Our room was located on 2nd floor, so no elevator issues. For a family of 4, the room size is sufficient. I liked the comfy beds and sea view with fresh air and therefore no need for a/c (btw every room has a view of the sea). The best part is the cuisine. Very good choice of meals, salads, fruit and desserts. Not at all the same every day as was mentioned here previously. I really recommend this hotel."
