Really well located hotel, lovely views from the bars the pools and from our room. Just a few minutes walk and you can be on the Sandy Beach. Nearby supermarkets and a selection of restaurants. The area itself is very quiet but lovely. There wasn’t much storage space in the rooms with regards to drawers et cetera however everything was very clean and worked well. The daily cleaning service was great. Breakfast in this hotel was also included for our booking. There was a lovely selection of food including fresh omelettes which are my favourite. There was a wide selection of bread pastry cereals, hot food juices teas, coffees. The drinks in the hotel also very nice. The poor area is very serene and has great views overlooking the beach area below. overall I would recommend this hotel however if you are looking for something lively this may not be right for you. We found it to be very relaxing which was just what we were looking for.

Très bel hôtel, bien entretenu, propre, la nourriture est excellente matin comme le soir. Petite taille donc toujours une place à la piscine, interdiction de réserver les transats ce qui est génial! Plage à 5 min à pieds, marina avec commerces et restaurants à 10 min, Ciutadella à 25 min en voiture emplacement idéal ! Je recommande +++

Hotel jeni is een juweel in es mercadal op menorca. De service is goed, de hygiëne is voortreffelijk en de maaltijd in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en niet duur. Ik ben erg tevreden zelfs in een 1-persoon kamer die redelijk groot is voor mij alleen. De lokatie is goed want het is op een loopafstand van het centrum van es mercadal en van een supermarkt. Ik gebruik es mercadal als een tussen station op weg naar de kust in het noorden want de bus van de luchthaven naar de kust gaat via es mercadal en beperkt tot maar 4x per dag. Hotel Jeni ligt strategisch op 2 minuten loopafstand van de busstation. Het weer medio maart is niet warm, zelden volle zon en winderig. Maar als de zon doorbreekt dan is het erg prettig.

I was expecting more comfort. The mattress is thin, no blanket was on the bed (in October). The was a heavy blanket in the cupboard, but too warm and the staff told me no other blanket is available. The inaulation is poor between the floors and you can here chairs and other furniture being moved. A lot of small details were not thought (like no transparent curtains, only thick ones, the switch for the corridor light can't be turned off from the bed, the telephone in the bathroom is on top of the toilet paper...). In summary, the comfort level of this hotel is not as it should for a 3* hotel. And the staff is not even smiling.

The hotel very well. He took over a reservation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) that we had made through trip.com for the 4 of us, but when we got to the reception it turned out that the hotel only had two adults on record. We complained by phone to trip.com and he did not want to know anything. Just a warning to those who use trip.com as they are playing tricks. Beware of low prices and customer service. A website scam. The hotel Mar de Menorca a ten. Thanks for your understanding.

There was no duvet and no radiator in the apartment, when the outside temperature was 8 degrees C, and the windows cannot be closed properly, the windows have a 7 mm gap. There was only a thin sheet and a blanket. We were cold. I could hardly sleep. I demand a partial refund.

Resort with many pool areas to relax, music/activities from 1030am until 22:30 roughly in the evening. Performances (music) in evenings. Place is clean, close to couple amazing calas. 8 minutes drive from the main city.

Thanks to Trip for helping me with my reservation and for setting a little concern quickly. The hotel has a great price and quality. The breakfast and dinner in the form of buffet were perfect: there was a lot of choice and everything was very good. The swimming pool is beautiful and the sea view is beautiful. The only negative point is the hotel's customer service before our arrival. Fortunately, Trip has been here to accompany us and solve the problem quickly.

The hotel is well located but very focused on tourism outside the peninsula. Food and swimming pool times do not allow to take advantage of the day. The staff of the very friendly and antry room. Josefina recommended us some pretty sites to visit.
