HHymn_An excellent location to have a great view of the port and walkable distance to many restaurants and attractions within the city. Very kind and friendly staff who were helpful in every way we could ask for. And some rooms at the top have ceiling windows and on clear nights, you could stargaze from your room 🖤

GGuest UserService was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location - 1 minute walking from a nice terrace overlooking cruise ships, 10 minutes from the bus station. Very clean. I had a single room, which was smaller than 10 m2 (was rather ~6 m2), it was ensuite, but the toilet and shower were made out of glass, was a bit strange to see them from bed and made a feeling of sleeping in a bathroom..

CCristianThe best place we have stayed so far, the unparalleled treatment is attributed to the two girls at the reception, they solved all the problems instantly and treated you with extraordinary kindness. The person in charge of the Roberto Hotel provides one-tenth of the food. He doesn't know what to do in Italian cuisine. If you like national cuisine, the chef will make a brilliant future. The fact is, what surprises me is that someone makes you stay in a hotel like a dream. I cannot ignore the excellent work of the only cleaning lady who owns an impeccable hotel, I will not add 100% more suggestions, we will undoubtedly congratulate you again.

GGuest UserThere was no duvet and no radiator in the apartment, when the outside temperature was 8 degrees C, and the windows cannot be closed properly, the windows have a 7 mm gap. There was only a thin sheet and a blanket. We were cold. I could hardly sleep. I demand a partial refund.

GGuest UserSoggiorno fantastico. Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti in hotel l'ultima settimana di luglio con trattamento di mezza pensione. Personale molto professionale, abbiamo ricevuto tanta cortesia e disponibilità. Ristorante con servizio a buffet e tanta varietà di pietanze e cibo di ottima qualità. Ottimi i servizi e fantastica la posizione, praticamente ubicato su una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola.
Devo precisare la massima attenzione da parte del personale alle misure sanitarie anti COVID.
