CCecilia BorellaI went on a Holiday with my mum for 4 days. We loved the hotel. The room were very big and cleaned. The breakfast was amazing and a lot of options. We also tried the swimming pool and little spa and we were very happy with amenities. On top of that the staff was very friendly and cordial and available to answer our question. The location was also very good closed to the center of Mao. If we ever come back to Menorca we would definetly stay in this hotel again

GGuest UserReally well located hotel, lovely views from the bars the pools and from our room. Just a few minutes walk and you can be on the Sandy Beach. Nearby supermarkets and a selection of restaurants. The area itself is very quiet but lovely. There wasn’t much storage space in the rooms with regards to drawers et cetera however everything was very clean and worked well.
The daily cleaning service was great. Breakfast in this hotel was also included for our booking. There was a lovely selection of food including fresh omelettes which are my favourite. There was a wide selection of bread pastry cereals, hot food juices teas, coffees. The drinks in the hotel also very nice. The poor area is very serene and has great views overlooking the beach area below. overall I would recommend this hotel however if you are looking for something lively this may not be right for you. We found it to be very relaxing which was just what we were looking for.

GGuest UserThe room is not big, but the sea view is beautiful! The red-haired lady at the check-in front desk was very patient and nice, and explained every matter in detail! It gave us a very good impression when we first arrived at the hotel! Including booking a boat trip and a taxi to the airport, the entire front desk team was very active and professional! I especially want to emphasize the praise of the beautiful Manuela who is the receptionist at the cape nao restaurant on the ground floor. She is so nice, very enthusiastic and energetic! She helped us find a good dining seat, and asked us if the meal was cold and if we needed a shawl! She knew that girls like to take pictures, and she also helped us reserve a sea view table for dinner the next day! I was really touched! My whole heart was healed!

GGuest UserGenerally I liked the hotel. The food was tasty and the facilities were nice. Even though the room was not very clean. I even found a pack of someone’s pack of cigs there. Also the system with the irons and fees for the towel are not comfortable at all. Let’s keep in mind that they position them as a 4 star hotel….

La chambre était spacieuse, le balcon agréable avec une belle vue, petit bémol pour le lit king size qui est en fait 2 lits rassemblés et les traces d'humidité dans la salle de bains sans VMC. Petit coin cuisine avec le minimum pour ceux qui veulent se faire à manger. La nourriture est bonne avec beaucoup de choix, que ce soit le petit déjeuner que le diner, avec notamment 1 poisson grillé tous les soirs.
La piscine avec ses 3 bassins est magnifique et très bien entretenu mais non chauffé.
Toutes les salles, restaurant, bar, terrasse et les extérieurs sont très propres et agréables. Etablissement à conseiller.

GGuest UserThe staff and service were very friendly. The facilities were well-maintained. We were very comfortable in the room, with a large, comfortable bed and a quiet spot at the back of the hotel for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, but dinner was a matter of taste and/or what you're used to in your normal life. I'd also choose the cold cuts served for breakfast for dinner. Peeled boiled eggs were better. They don't include non-alcoholic beer. Everything else was fine, but 20 euros for dinner was a bit pricey.
