"For a superior room, it lacked the bathroom clothing, the toilets were cracked, the chairs of the bottom were plenty of plumps and the drinks offered were valid only in prenable a meal at their restaurant.

BBilyanaVery nice hotel, perfect location, convenient for shopping. Large, very comfortable room. Breakfast was somehow disappointing. Limited selection of food. The lower star rating hotels within the vicinity offer much more for breakfast. All in all, we would come again.

GGuest UserGreat location, literally 8 min away from euro tunnel. Great place if you are travelling with dog, loads of green to walk your dog. The food in restaurant is average and really overpriced., breakfast is good and nice that children are free of charge. €30 charge for dog is the most expensive price I’ve ever paid!

No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

GGuest UserWe spent just 1 night there in transit. The Room was clean and tidy. Everything you needed was in there. Nice friendly staff. Excellent Parking and security too.
Close to Restaurants and shops to distract the kids. We went to the Chinese Buffet Grill (3 minutes walk from the Hotel) and it was superb...
Highly recommended...!!!

GGuest UserI stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights. The hotel is ideally situated close to the centre of town. The hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has an old vintage feel to it which we liked. The room and bathroom were both clean with comfortable beds.

GGuest UserFront desk staff, Tiddy, waited me one hour after the usual closing time. He speaks fluent English and is very friendly. The parking is a little tricky. If you’re lucky, you can park your car free of charge after certain hour until 8:30 next morning on the street in front of the hotel. After 8:30, paying for two more hours at the machine, you can park till 10:30. I like the device which blows out hot air in the bathroom. Other amenities are very basic. Minimal in my opinion. I gave a 5/5 considering the price and the service I received.

NNo_return_dateVery basic stay. A short walk from the train station. They allow pets which might be a positive for some. I heard dog’s barking in the night which I did not appreciate. Breakfast was basic but adequate and staff was helpful.

What is a pity is the sanitary cabin, too small and the room is also small but for 1 to 3 days it is bearable
