"It's very beautiful, the scenery is great, the room is large, and the service staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that you must not book it if you don't have a car, because you have to drive through small alleys, which is not so easy to drive."

Amazing
YYinshanshiannabeierBooked this hotel through Trip.com. It's incredibly convenient as the limousine bus stops right at the hotel entrance. The hotel is situated between the Hotel Monterey and the Sheraton, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are incredibly spacious – all suites with two bedrooms, roughly 70 square meters, plus a large terrace of about 10 square meters. Every room offers a direct sea view.
Although the hotel is separated from the beach by a road, it's just a short walk across to the sand. The beach is uncrowded, and under the sunlight, you can clearly see the distinct layers of the 'jellyfish sea,' which is absolutely stunning. For breakfast, there are two choices: Western and Japanese, though the variety isn't extensive. There's a FamilyMart convenience store next door, making it easy to grab essentials. It's the perfect place to just relax and unwind, gaze at the sea, and collect hermit crabs – a truly a fantastic vacation spot.
11395739****The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are spacious with fairly new facilities. The cleanliness is impeccable. I didn't experience any strange odors in the hallway like some other reviews mentioned. It was truly a great value during the off-peak season. The only minor drawback was that the Japanese breakfast was a bit simple, without even coffee or juice. Overall, it's a resort hotel with excellent value for money.
ZZhuyuanyurundezhuyingAfter comparing several resorts in the central region, we finally settled on Moon Beach. I was initially worried about the hotel being a bit older, but now I have no regrets about choosing it. The breakfast selection was extensive. If you sleep in and miss breakfast, you can simply switch it for lunch instead. The airport bus stops right outside the hotel lobby, which is incredibly convenient. It would have been perfect if the weather had been a bit better. All in all, I highly recommend this place when visiting Onna Village.
BBanlimamaI was initially very pleased with the hotel's location. The pool and beach facilities were excellent, and there were also two breakfast options. However, the only truly unpleasant experience occurred during check-in. The young male staff member at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. The check-in process took a full 45 minutes, and I was almost on the verge of heatstroke from standing there so long! After finally checking in, I wanted to quickly freshen up with a shower, but then waited another 30 minutes in the room for my luggage. I eventually went back to the front desk to inquire about my bags, only to find them unceremoniously dumped in a corner, completely unattended. It was only after I made a forceful complaint in English that a staff member hurriedly delivered the luggage to my room. Because I formally submitted a complaint, a staff member later proactively contacted me and offered water park coupons, which showed they were taking the matter seriously. Given we were a family with elderly parents and young children, traveling during the peak summer heat, I appreciated their effort to rectify the situation, as I really didn't want any more hassle. Aside from that, the remainder of our stay was quite pleasant. Although the room facilities were noticeably dated, they were acceptable.
MM530579****The hotel's beach offers great value for money, with beautiful scenery and stunning ocean water – a surprisingly good stay for the price. The room itself isn't large but is generally clean and tidy. There's a floor with free onsen (hot spring baths) and even a claw machine.
The water activities are also excellent value. You can book them at the white gazebo by the pool. During one activity, my helmet flew off, but a staff member immediately noticed. They stopped, retrieved my helmet, waited for me to put it back on, and only then continued. Both the safety and service were impressive.
I'm genuinely not a shill; this was truly a very satisfying trip!
What I'm most grateful for is this: Before checking into the hotel, I accidentally left my luggage on the bus (Bus 120 stops right outside the hotel and goes directly from Naha Airport; the fare is 1820 JPY). I asked the hotel how I could quickly retrieve my bag, and the front desk called the bus company for us. Since I only speak English and not all local staff are proficient in English, the hotel's call to the bus company in Japanese was incredibly helpful. If we had tried to communicate ourselves, it wouldn't have been nearly as efficient. The hotel found my bag for me in about two hours after it went missing and didn't charge any fees. This saved us a lot of money and time. My sincere thanks to those two staff members and the hotel.
GGuest UserSince 2015, we have visited this hotel numerous times and always enjoyed its wide array of amenities. The hotel features a game room, public bath, spa, and sauna, ensuring guests have plenty of ways to relax and unwind. Additionally, it offers a diverse menu of activities, including unique marine sports, making it perfect for those seeking adventure. Situated within the Okinawa National Beach Park, the hotel provides easy access to the beach, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the beautiful coastline.
The hotel also houses three stores, offering convenient shopping options at any time. We especially appreciated receiving free coupons when room service wasn’t required. Breakfast at the hotel is truly exceptional, with a variety of choices available. We particularly enjoyed the sushi bowls served on two mornings during our stay. The dining area is thoughtfully designed, with both indoor and outdoor seating that ensures privacy between tables. Dining while gazing at the stunning sea view was a delightful experience.
However, one issue marred our otherwise pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, two family members used the public bath and were informed that the fee was 300 yen per person. Yet, upon checkout, we discovered we had been charged 1800 yen for their visit. Despite asking the receptionist twice for clarification, she insisted this was the correct charge for two people. My family members noted that other guests had paid 300 yen in cash before entering the bath, but since they didn’t have cash on hand, the fee was billed to our room. This discrepancy felt unfair and left us disappointed.
Overall, despite this billing issue, we greatly enjoyed our time at Rizza Sea Park Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)This hotel is motel style kind of resort with private beach, expensive but cheaper than the other similar hotels in the Onna area which are also by the beach. I had a ground floor room so didn't have a view (garden view) but if you stay in the upper levels you should get a view of the ocean and beach. The beach is just a few minute walk behind the hotel, and is a small secluded beach with a little reef and is quite lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean, the decor is dated though. Each room has a patio. You can buy snorkelling gear from the small lobby, and there is a small hotel restaurant which serves decent buffet breakfast. I chose this hotel because of the price and also it is close to Cape Maeda where the blue cave is, but you can also do a little snorkelling at the private beach too. It is more convenient to drive there, but they charge 100 yen a day for parking.
UuulissiThe B&B is a bit dated, with some stains on walls, and flooring starting detach in some corners. Despite this, the stay was good. The owner is very friendly, and the location of the B&B is very convenient, although without a car it's rather uphill. Room was really big and on two levels.
TTezpezMy boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Ocean Resort PMC. The location is convenient if you have diving plans, with the diving drop-off point right next to the hotel. There's also a surf and diving shop and school below where you can ask about lessons and equipment. Although we had already booked our diving elsewhere, it was just an 8-minute drive away, and they even drove us back to the hotel, which was a bit amusing.
Overall, the stay was fair, but there are a few things to note. After 11 AM, the elevator is not available, and the parking lot is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, there's a 24/7 convenience store just across the street, which is very handy. The ground floor has a washing machine that all guests can use. After 11 PM, you have to use the stairs, which can be a bit scary as there's no light. The hotel has a kitchen, but it lacks basic utensils.
For the price, I felt like I could have picked somewhere better, but the location and amenities were decent enough for our needs.
Tthat DamianExcellent location and service, the location is superb, being close to not only beaches, but also in-between Yomitan and Onna (and OIST university, if you'd like to visit your friends). There's also a combini right next doors(!. Cape Maeda, Zakimi Castle is also all at cycleable distance!
