Beach Hotels in Machico

This hotel is close to the airport which is fine for us because of the cancellation of our flight back home. The weather was bad at night with heavy rain and we heated that in our room through the drain of the airconditioning. Which is a bad design and old dated. Also check-in required a written registration of a credit card including security code on paper which is a very old dated process and prone for fraud.

Loved this hotel! Great location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and only 7 minutes to the bus terminal. There are plenty of bars nearby, and you can also dine right at the hotel's own restaurant—the food and prices are both quite decent. The room was nice, and the balcony was very comfortable. Absolute value for money given the price I paid!
