Very clean, accommodating staff. If I could suggest anything, it would be that they would explain when asked about being pet friendly that they don’t allow pets to stay in the room while you’re not there and charge a $250 fine if you leave the room. We were confused because in other hotels that we stayed, we were allowed to leave the dogs. This makes it rather difficult when you arrive at the location and you’re an hour and a half away from your house that you have to now find a dog sitter or a dog daycare while you go out of your hotel room to me it defeats the purpose because I know I would’ve left them with the dog sitter at home either that or they clarify their stance on such issues like “do you have a dog here well as long as he stays quiet, it’s OK“ something to that effect.

You can overlook Portland's Old Port and the bay. The location is pretty good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Pier 60 to eat lobster. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner in the room is noisy, but everything else is okay.

We booked this hotel as we were visiting Bowdoin College, which is only 8 min away by car. The hotel has well kept facilities with a good gym and pool. Breakfast was very good and Mariah was the sunshine in the morning with her friendliness. I would stay here again anytime just for breakfast,

The hotel is a business type, good, simple, but everything is available, parking 20 knives a day. Great customer service! My issue was that I stayed a week and my room wasn’t cleaned one time and I requested twice.
