Travelers.
They have two hotels and booked two quadruple rooms. As a result, they failed to arrange the isolation room. The rooms were on the first and second floors. The electronic lock on the first floor was broken. It took a lot of time to go back and forth and finally helped us arrange a room change. If the room is changed in another building, it will be in another building.
The room is clean and the bathroom is very large and clean
Good front desk, rich breakfast, many choices

Guest UserGreat view of the ocean. OBX is older mom and pop establishments so it wont have the feel or amenities of the big hotel chains but it has what you need. Clean room, great beach access and a refreshing pool. Beach wasn't crowded and had lots of shells. Pool was older but clean, the surrounding facilities could use some TLC but we were never crowded at the pool.
We saw the other posts about the elevator issues and the one elevator still was out of commission. We had the second level so it didnt affect us.
There was no cleaning of the rooms which didnt affect us since we only had a 2 night stay and we wouldn't use it.
Very reasonably priced. We didnt go to the bistro in the hotel but it seemed to offer a lot of great things.

Our room was super close to the stairs that led to the beach which was awesome. However, the shower was so tiny that I kept touching the cold tile every time I tried to wash myself. The pool was very nice and warm the entire time. Parking was also never an issue, although we did have an issue with the oven. We turned it on to preheat and almost immediately it started smoking and set off the fire alarm. It was easy enough to stop that but we decided to not take the chance with the oven after that

朝食付きプランで予約しましたが、朝食の提供はありませんでした。
ホテルフロントで確認しましたが、そもそも朝食提供は既にしていないが、Trip.comが情報更新をしてくれないとの話でした。
ホテル自体はとても良い立地で、徒歩圏内のビーチで楽しみました。
