MMillerRoom was a bit small for a king size bed and there was a leak by the bathroom toilet so we were relocated to a different room. So despite the relocation nuisance we were compensated a free night stay and some Bonvoy Marriott points. Pool area was very clean and the water was a nice temperature. The one bartender was especially nice and all of the other service people were very polite and cordial.

WWetherillThe location was ok just trying to get out and head to the beach. And the hotel is pet friendly so be prepared to heard barking and or whinnying. The breakfast was ok but they do not serve bread until the weekend.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this Best Western and had a mixed experience. While the staff was friendly, there were quite a few issues that impacted my stay.
Firstly, the breakfast area was under renovation, and unfortunately, the appliances were not working, which meant that the eggs, sausage, and potatoes were cold. The area was also quite hot and crowded.
In the room, I encountered several maintenance issues: the door opener was broken, the internet was slow, the bathroom vent was not working, and the coffee machine was leaking and dripping on the floor. I did inform the reception, but the response was not prompt.
Overall, while the location was convenient, the condition of the facilities definitely needs some attention.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located next to the highway, about 10 minutes drive to downtown and the beach.
The facilities are old and the sofa is old. The bathroom does not know why it is very humid and the clothes are damp.
The strangest thing is that we put a large bag of snacks on the table and later found that there were a lot less, and it was estimated that it was stolen in the room. This is also the first time I have encountered it. I saw someone comment before that someone stole cash. Be careful.

宽宽客707298The location is excellent, the parking is convenient, the room space is large, the service attitude is very good, the lobby has local tourist attractions, as well as local food descriptions, adjacent to the big shopping malls, convenient shopping.

GGuest UserThe room was clean. The only issue is with the current pandemic I paid to have breakfast and wasn't informed until check in that breakfast service has been temporarily suspended. The staff were nice.
