"Booked for 2 nights for a medical procedure at St. Vincent's. Floor was gritty. Otherwise room was clean. We stayed 1 night. Had the procedure the next day at 6 AM and were able to drive home. When we asked if we could get a refund for the pet fee of $30 for the second night, we did not get an answer. Also, there was no one at the desk when we tried to check in and we had to wait about 1/2 hour."

And the Fairfield sign is so obscure that we drove by without seeing it, even after we made a mental picture, yet, after we went out for dinner, on the way back, we missed the hotel entrance again."
