The room facilities aren't brand new, but the whole place is clean, and the staff are very attentive. The hotel also offers free laundry service, which is a great bonus.

Our stay was great! The hotel is very close to Jin Beach and the Old Street, making it convenient to explore the seaside and the old town. The surrounding area is comfortable and quiet. The room was very clean, fresh, and free of any odd smells. All the in-room facilities were in good working order, with hot water and air conditioning functioning perfectly. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and responsive. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. Staying here for our Beihai trip was very relaxing. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is really close to Golden Beach, and the sunsets there are absolutely stunning! Plus, the seafood stalls nearby are delicious. It was so relaxing to grab some dinner and then head to the beach to watch the sunset. The hotel breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of options.

Came specifically to visit Beihai Golden Beach, and this location is absolutely perfect! The surroundings are comfortable, the room hygiene is meticulous with no strange smells, and the room facilities are in good condition with stable WiFi. The front desk service was responsive, and check-out was quick. It's great value for money, and I'll choose this place again next time I come for a seaside getaway!

Excellent! This was my second stay on my return trip, and the cleanliness is key for someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak. The service is great too, and they even have direct drinking water. Really impressive! Last year, I tried to book but they were full. Luckily, I got a room this year. It's much better than the Phoenix Hotel; a four-star with five-star hygiene!
