Ascott Properties in Beijing

The room layout was a bit long and narrow, which I wasn't used to, but it did have its advantages – the sound of the washing machine didn't bother the bedroom. The gym and pool were both very spacious, and the fitness facilities were comprehensive, even including a billiards table, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was standard, and the service was quite good.

Whenever I'm on a business trip to Beijing, I almost always choose Ascott. It's such a welcoming hotel! The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious. I especially love the Dandan noodles, small wontons, tea eggs, and sticky corn – all so good! The location is fantastic; there's a subway station right downstairs and a shopping mall next door, which is super convenient for grabbing anything you need. Plus, at 9 PM, you can head over to Raffles City B1 for a buy-one-get-one-free deal at Mr. Savage ice cream – what a treat! 🥳 It's also super easy to pick up anything I might need during my stay, making me oblivious to the scorching heat or biting cold outside, as I can get to Raffles City Mall directly without even stepping foot outdoors. So convenient! Every year, around Chinese New Year, the front desk displays freshly made candied hawthorns – with kumquats, grapes, and traditional hawthorn. They're all there and taste absolutely amazing! I love it! 🥰
