The hotel is spacious, and the rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The staff are incredibly service-oriented and have excellent attitudes, always ready to help with any request. The breakfast is quite rich and varied, and the rooms even have balconies with great natural light. It's also very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, which we appreciated after a long journey. However, the room was uncomfortably warm due to the lack of proper air conditioning—only warm air circulated, with no option for cool air. While housekeeping emptied the bins daily, the bathtub was noticeably dusty and remained uncleaned throughout our stay. The in-room washing machine was another major issue. It was outdated and malfunctioned repeatedly. We attempted to do laundry at 10 PM, but the machine stopped twice due to errors. Despite two technician visits, the problem wasn’t resolved, and we had to manually complete the wash, finally getting to bed after 3 AM. The next day, the machine was replaced with a slightly newer model, but the inconvenience had already taken its toll. Throughout the ordeal, staff responses were limited to standard apologies, with no meaningful resolution or gesture to make up for the disruption. Overall, while the location and check-in process were satisfactory, the lack of maintenance and customer service left much to be desired.
