The hotel's location, cleanliness, and ambiance were all impeccable. The only downside was the service. If it weren't for a kind female staff member during checkout, my service rating would have been zero. When I checked in around 9 AM, the front desk staff were completely unresponsive to my questions. There were two of them, and neither paid any attention to me. This was a stark contrast to the excellent service I've experienced at other Ji Hotel branches.

I often live in their house and leave the store and send mineral water. The price here is very cheap, and there is a buffet breakfast. The voice intelligent control in the room is very convenient! The environment can also have a bus stop downstairs and a large supermarket! There are also restaurants nearby that are very easy to find!

My top choice for business trips! The hotel's location is excellent, right near the subway station, making both meetings and getting around very efficient. The room was quiet and tidy, with a spacious and comfortable workspace and stable, fast internet – perfectly meeting all my work needs. The business center offers professional services, quickly handling all my printing and copying requirements. As for dining, the breakfast was abundant, and both the taste and quality were great. The staff were highly professional and provided thoughtful service without being intrusive, which made my business trip much smoother. Definitely a five-star rating; I'll continue to choose this hotel for future business travel!

I've stayed at many hotels from this brand before and generally had good experiences. However, my stay at this particular hotel from the same brand was extremely disappointing. It was, arguably, one of the worst check-in experiences ever. I was moved to two different rooms, and in both, all the showerheads were broken. The complimentary miniature shower gel seemed to have been used by a previous guest. After speaking with the front desk, they provided a new set of toiletries. When showering, even after adjusting the water to a comfortable temperature, the water suddenly turned scalding hot mid-shower. Luckily, I reacted quickly; otherwise, I probably would've been scalded. This happened in both rooms. When I contacted customer service, they actually told me to adjust the water temperature constantly. Seriously, who sets the water temperature for a shower and then has to be prepared to readjust it at any moment? I'm here to stay at a hotel, not to be their water temperature technician.

They introduced us to the scenes around the hotel that are easy to shoot. They also took us to familiarize ourselves with the internal environment of the hotel and gave us a lot of tolerance.
