Fantastic! This hotel is a charming, traditional Chinese courtyard style. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. The courtyard features a large pond with winding walkways, pavilions, and towers, and along the banks, there are comfortable tables, chairs, and parasols for relaxation. In the common areas, there are two hot spring pools nestled among bamboo groves. I stayed here for two days and felt incredibly comfortable and relaxed. The hotel service was excellent too; the breakfast was rich and varied, and there was a welcome fruit platter. They offer a free traditional Hanfu experience and a travel photography experience (including 5 free photos). The photographer was lovely and took great pictures. I'm extremely satisfied!

We chose Manxin for our family trip to Beijing with the kids, and our stay was incredibly comfortable. The decor is stylish and elegant, and the public areas are great for photos. Our room was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, and the smart toilet and soft bedding really enhanced our comfort. The toiletries were also high-quality. The staff were very patient and proactively offered sightseeing recommendations. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to all the major attractions. Breakfast also catered to children's tastes. Overall, it was a warm and reassuring experience, perfect for a family trip.
The front desk staff were really enthusiastic, especially a few of the younger women. They were very polite when greeting guests, helped open doors, and even offered a cup of lemonade during check-in. The room wasn't large, but it was well-maintained and very clean. There was also free coke and Sprite in the mini-fridge.
Since I was worried about convenience, I specifically asked for two room keys, and the front desk happily provided them. In between, I asked them to empty the trash and replenish tissues and water. The cleaning staff were very polite, spoke appropriately, and were quick and efficient. I had a great stay these past two days! There are also restaurants on the floor below and across the street. If you turn right out of the hotel and cross the intersection, you'll find Luckin Coffee, McDonald's, and 7-Eleven, which is very convenient!
It was late at night when we arrived at the hotel after watching a movie. The young man at the front desk first brought us hot water, then checked us in, and even thoughtfully changed our room type later – he deserves a big commendation! The room manager was as efficient as ever; my partner left an earring behind, and they promptly notified us and bagged it for safekeeping. We're so grateful! Ms. Li at the front desk also thoughtfully prepared hot water for us when we left. It truly felt like a home away from home; the service was absolutely top-notch!
This hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk to Nanluoguxiang and Shichahai. The courtyard, designed in the traditional 'siheyuan' style, offers an authentic Beijing experience. The rooms are clean and smart, with convenient voice control and a very comfortable mattress. Breakfast features authentic Beijing snacks. The front desk staff are incredibly thoughtful, even providing a hutong travel guide and a souvenir. While it's an older building with minor soundproofing issues, a room facing the inner courtyard is very quiet. It's definitely my top choice for a hutong travel experience!

We stayed for four nights at Manxin Hotel Qianmen Street in Beijing, and from the front desk staff to housekeeping, the thoughtful and meticulous service was evident everywhere.
On the day of check-in, the front desk called us in advance to confirm our arrival, and the smart voice-controlled room was very convenient. Every time we entered or exited during our stay, the warm greetings from each staff member made us feel very welcome.
The hotel's location is also very convenient; most major attractions are accessible by subway, and it's especially easy to get to the Great Wall, as the pick-up point is within walking distance.
There are many old, famous restaurants near the hotel, and we tried them all this trip. The best service was definitely the 'Siji Minfu' queue-number retrieval service. After a tiring day of sightseeing, we could rest at the hotel and then head to the restaurant when it was almost our turn – it was incredibly convenient!
If we visit Beijing again, we would definitely consider Manxin Hotel!
Our family trip was an absolute success, and the hotel was definitely the highlight! I booked a king room and a standard room at this Courtyard Manxin Hotel online. On the day of check-in, I hoped the rooms could be on the same floor. Since it was peak season and the hotel was fully booked, the system assigned our two rooms quite far apart. As we were traveling with seniors and children, we explained our situation to the front desk. Manager Wang, who was on duty that day, understood our needs and actively helped coordinate. Within half an hour, he managed to get us two rooms on the same floor, which made it incredibly convenient to look after everyone. A big thank you to him! This set a great tone for our week-long Beijing trip.
The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside is Gulou Dajie Station, serving Metro Lines 2 and 8, which pretty much cover all the must-see attractions. I usually prefer taking taxis, but in Beijing, I only hailed one cab, fully enjoying the convenience of the capital's subway system. Every day, after playing until sunset and returning to the hotel utterly exhausted, I was delighted to find that the hotel offered various free teas and beverages. Manager Yang from the lobby even thoughtfully packed some for us to take back to our room. Sipping on the iced tea, the Beijing summer heat instantly melted away. Manager Yang's handsome smile and warm words were especially comforting. I hope Manager Yang visits Nanjing sometime!
Finally, a pleasant surprise: there's an unassuming charcoal hotpot place right outside the hotel. Their hotpot with sesame sauce was absolutely amazing, and the stir-fries were delicious too. The stir-fried pork with vinegar and wood ear mushrooms, and the stir-fried tripe with garlic were incredibly appetizing. We ate there three times in a week! Our Beijing trip was joyful and complete!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just about a ten-minute walk from Tian Tan Dong Metro Station and the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven Park. There are plenty of Peking duck, hot pot, and snack options nearby. It's also super convenient to get to many attractions along the central axis by taxi. The hotel service is great, and the duplex rooms are perfect for families. Highly recommend!

This was by far the most satisfying hotel stay I've ever had. Compared to other five-star hotels, this four-star offers the best value for money. The rooms are clean, tidy, and modern, plus the service was excellent. The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating six people, and featured a smart toilet and a contemporary bathtub. The breakfast was the best I've ever had – fresh ingredients, a wide variety, and most importantly, truly delicious with generous portions. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel staff were very friendly and resolved any issues quickly. We were greeted with a welcome fruit platter. The hotel is conveniently located near the Forbidden City, just a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast offered a good variety, and public transport (buses and subway) was easily accessible. Wangfujing is also close by. We even received a complimentary snack when checking out.

GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with everything I needed, and every detail showed great care. The price was very reasonable, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious, truly offering excellent value for money. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation links; both the subway and bus stations are within walking distance, making it incredibly easy to get around for sightseeing or business. Both the service and the facilities made for a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!
GGuest UserExcellent hotel . near to subway station and surrounded by many restaurants. the staffs are so courteous and good service. I will stay here again when I back in Beijing someday :)
JJielidetiankongI had a very satisfying stay, lasting six days. The hotel front desk staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me when I came and went, and enthusiastically asking if I needed anything. The housekeeping auntie was also very dedicated and thorough, always ensuring I had plenty of water. Nothing was ever forgotten. The breakfast was excellent; I especially enjoyed the vegetable salad and the noodle dishes – they had everything you could want! The best part was how close it was to the subway station, making it really convenient to get around and saving on taxi fares. There are a few good restaurants right across the street from the subway exit too. The TV was easy to operate, and the hotel is located within a residential area, so it was very quiet. Thumbs up! Perfect
QQianxiaofeiyanI booked this hotel randomly to see the Wukesong Arena concert, and it turned out to be quite good overall! Although it was too far from Daxing Airport for my special forces itinerary (public transportation was a hassle with luggage, I recommend taking a taxi), it was quite close to the Wukesong Arena venue, convenient by bike or bus. The accommodation felt incredibly safe, right next to the Red Five-Star Compound, and across the street was the ”Able to Fight and Win, Obey the Party's Command” building. The room was also nice, clean, and well-insulated; I couldn't hear much noise. They provided welcome fruit and a breakfast voucher, and the breakfast was quite delicious. The housekeeper and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only problem was that the shower head angle couldn't be adjusted, so I'm short and couldn't reach it, and water easily overflowed the bathroom. I suggest improving this. Overall, I'm satisfied.

GGuest UserI booked Manxin for a business trip, and it was perfect because I could walk to the event at Renmin University in the evening. This place is incredibly comfortable! They have a great selection of snacks, and the shower facilities are excellent with perfect water temperature. It's been windy these past few days, so I needed the AC at night, and customer service was very responsive. The mirror is great for taking ab pics, hahaha!

Outstanding
UuunaaWhile there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly.
Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience:
1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch.
2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food).
3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep!
The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right by Qianmen Street and the Hepingmen subway station entrance. Being a Huazhu Hotels Group property, the quality is reliably good. The front desk even helped me dry my laundered clothes, which was a huge plus! The lilies in the lobby really caught my eye. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, highly recommend this place.
