The room is clean and the transportation is convenient. There is a subway station right outside the door, and there are breakfast and restaurants around the corner. Opposite is the Panjiayuan Antique Market, which has a night market and is a good choice for shopping.

The hotel has a convenient location if you need an accommodation close to the West Railway Station but even though it's not far, getting there from/to the station on foot with a heavy suitcase might be a challenge because of the pavements on the way... The room is tiny but warm in winter. Even though my room was ment for two people, because of it's size, I felt it could be too small for more than a solo traveller. But maybe I had too big luggage 🤭. The staff is very nice but I have no idea do they speak English - I was communicating in Chinese. There's a few local restaurants right next to the hotel.

The hotel room was not cleaned, the sheets were dirty, and there were stains on the floor. The towels in the room were not replaced and there was no toilet paper. I had to find someone to clean them after I checked in. However, the sister and the little brother at the front desk were very nice and had a very good attitude. The only shortcoming was The bathroom was not cleaned, which affected my mood a bit. There were bugs in the room and it was very humid. I killed a particularly big centipede😭

The nearby office buildings, shopping malls, and surrounding facilities offer a wide range of dining options. There's also Ziguangyuan nearby, where they have delicious yogurt and roast duck, making it very convenient for those traveling for leisure and food. Service: The service was very warm and welcoming. A young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and even helped me with my luggage. When I asked about nearby attractions and restaurants, she thoughtfully planned everything for me. I really appreciated it. Next time I stay here, I'll bring my friends. They'll choose this hotel together, and next time we won't have to go through so many bad experiences at different hotels. We'll come to this one next time.

The room was newly renovated and I was very satisfied. The boss upgraded the room for free. The service attitude was sincere. The transportation nearby was very convenient. There was a subway station just outside and a hospital across the overpass. The price was affordable. There were many snacks around. The room was exactly as shown in the picture. A good stay experience. I have been staying here for many days. It was great. I will come again next time.
