"This is one of the best hotels in my lifetime, only 11 simple, spacious cute houses surrounded by flowers and greenery, located in a quiet place, a little away from other hotels, everything is nearby, the beach, the pool, the cafe (there was always Internet), the houses are spacious, air conditioning, in general, all the amenities and at a normal price. The food in the restaurant is certainly not for meat eaters, there were mainly seafood (very tasty cooked), the selection is not very large, but you will definitely not go hungry. The most important thing is the attitude, the hotel staff are very friendly people, they respond to any requests, in our company one girl had a birthday, so they prepared for congratulations with us, made a cake, and congratulated with us) If we fly to Belitung again, then only there !!!"

"Our 5 night stay at Arumdalu resort was truly memorable. This small, boutique resort is tucked away on a private beach adjacent to a nature reserve, making it a very pretty setting. Our villa was was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with good facilities. The private pool was a good temperature and large enough to do a little swimming. The thing that makes the resort are the staff. They are all extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. The chefs are amazing and the food is well prepared, and very tasty - actually the best food of our Indonesian trip. We were spoilt, as our stay coincided with the end of the high season, and so the property only had a few guests in its 11 villas, and so they had the time to go above and beyond. This included a very special dinner in the gardens and a magnificent picnic breakfast on our last day, which was a complete surprise. There are some challenges faced by the team, as I suspect COVID hit them hard and some of the villas were not being used. There was also a constant battle to keep the beach clear of detritus, but this is not their fault, simply a wider issue with the amount of rubbish that gets dumped in our oceans. This is an eco-resort and so there are not teams out everyday with foggers to kill mosquitoes etc and so be prepared for a back to nature experience, however, nothing can detract from the care and attention provided by the staff, the excellent villas and beautiful location. Well worth a visit"
