"The hotel is simply phenomenal. It has a family-like atmosphere and friendly service. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a wonderful lounge bar with heavenly drinks. They pay great attention to hygiene. The beach offers a beautiful view from the balcony. Every wish of the guest is taken care of, and they find the perfect solution for everything. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide selection. We are already planning our trip for next year, and of course, we will choose Hotel Adele as our accommodation."

"Unfortunately, we wanted to try it anyway despite the very negative reviews, we adapt a lot to the places we go but this time we weren't able to. Booking on the phone we confirm directly and ask if we had to pay first or give a deposit and we are told that we would have paid on the spot, we book a triple room with air conditioning, saying that it was a better solution than those reserved for booking... we arrive and already they tell us that they had no reservations for that day, I tell him about the phone call and he tells me that he remembers, he finds us a room, once we entered it was a simple double room and with the baby's stroller, as soon as we had space, I looked for the air remote control air conditioning, but it was not present, apparently it had disappeared, the towels were missing, we informed the reception. Cleaning was unfortunately non-existent behind the door, a small pile of sand, a wooden part above the head with an inch of dust and a very dirty mini fridge, we would like to point this out and we go out for dinner, we arrived at 4.30pm. upon returning they had removed the dirt behind the door and cleaned the fridge which in my opinion doesn't even work, I left a bottle inside and it remained room temperature, but they hadn't cleaned the headboard and the towels hadn't been brought so I had to go down again to request it and in the end they were brought to us. we get into bed and find the mattresses really uncomfortable, on the left it felt like I was sinking and on the right I instead had my back arched, we turn on the TV but it continues to freeze and skip the signal, at that point, we go down annoyed and we say that we feel bad in the room and that we would like to leave, the answer was ok no problem, so let's book elsewhere. The breakfast here too, unfortunately we found that it was all packaged from the supermarket, even the bread looked like that and was clumsy, the croissants were small and dry, at least these we hoped were fresh. I go to pay and in addition to not even apologizing for the inconvenience, the cost of the room was higher than that agreed for a triple being among other things a double, I pay in cash and not even a receipt even if I asked for it. We are really sorry."
