"We stayed in a glamping tent - which was brilliant, nicer than a lot of hotel rooms you could get. Gorgeous views! Some lovely small touches like nice brands of tea and coffee in the room, and some wines / beers in the mini bar (paid for). If we’d realised beforehand we would have picked up some coals or wood for the fire pit as there didn’t seem to be any provided. We ate at the blue ducks restaurant which was really nice asian inspired food. It was a shame the pizzaria place wasn’t open when we were there, but we did know it wouldn’t be as it was in the middle of the holidays. I’d definitely stay again, but would plan ahead to bring own coal / wood for the fire and bbq food."

"Such a comfortable place, very clean, staff are lovely. Hard wood flooring means that it sounds like a herd of elephants if there is a room above, a few floor coverings needed. Easy to walk down to waterfront, which is beautiful."

Riverview Boutique Motel

"We enjoyed staying at the Motel. Margaret was extremely friendly and helpful especially when it came to our late checkin. The only negative (if you could call it that) was that we could hear the loud footfalls from the room above and whoever was in that room were very active late into the night and early in the morning. Stompers in hotel rooms are our pet hate. Suggest booking a top floor room in this motel for maximum enjoyment."
