"It's located 1km away fr the bus station. It's a bit tough to get to the hotel on foot if you are dragging along a big luggage. It's easy to get a ride hailing from the hotel. We had problem on the electric power on off initially, the front desk quickly sent someone to attend on it. The breakfast has many variety to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here."

"I am very glad that I chose Fengxiang Valley Hot Spring Hotel. The hotel has a good environment, clean and sanitary conditions and complete facilities. I have to say something special about the service. The front desk staff was very nice. After we checked in, one of them actually helped us take our things to the room. She then told me her last name was Meng and that she was my service butler. I could send her a WeChat message if I had any requests. I was really warmed at that moment. We chose a room with a private pool. There are many hot springs in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. However, due to the cold weather, we did not go to the outdoor pool. The child loved playing in the indoor children's water play area. There was also a large swimming pool next to it. She also learned how to swim from her father. The breakfast was also very rich. The coffee made by the coffee machine is good ☕️ We ordered home-cooked dishes at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The children liked the roasted eggplant and Chinese cabbage meatballs very much. I feel very comfortable when I get up in the morning, open the balcony door and breathe in the fresh air. In short: this is a hotel that values ​​privacy and quality, and we hope to keep this up. Will visit often in the future."

"The guesthouse opposite Benxi Water Cave was perfect for a visit. Checking in a day early was ideal, especially since I was visiting the cave the next day. The owner was a very welcoming and friendly lady who answered all my questions about the scenic area in detail. The guesthouse courtyard was beautiful, with a swing and rocking chair, and many swallows nesting there – I was so lucky to see so many! The room was exceptionally clean; you could tell it had been meticulously prepared. The amenities were high-quality and complete, including a standing air conditioner and a separate water heater for easy adjustment. It was an incredibly satisfying stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of freshly made options. It's a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment – ​​truly fantastic! Facilities: Complete and convenient Cleanliness: Excellent Environment: Quiet and comfortable Service: Warm and hospitable, always ready to answer questions."

"The room view is absolutely stunning! It has a terrace where I enjoyed coffee and simply relaxed, surrounded by mountains and breathing in fresh air – it was incredibly peaceful. Spending two days unwinding in this idyllic place was truly relaxing and worth every penny. The breakfast area isn't large but offers a wide variety of choices. We also ordered the 'stove-boiled tea' in our room, which created a wonderful ambiance. Manager Li Ting at the front desk provided excellent service; she was very thoughtful and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. I'll definitely be back!"
