"Disappointing Experience at Abu Mazen Hotel – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Abu Mazen Hotel in Hebron, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and accommodations. First of all, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard. The sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the bathroom had a strange odor. It was clear that housekeeping wasn’t paying attention to details. The furniture also looked old and worn out. The staff was not very helpful or welcoming. When I had an issue with my room’s air conditioning, it took hours for someone to come, and even then, the problem was not fully resolved. I felt like they didn’t really care about guest comfort. Another major issue was the noise. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. It was very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was also disappointing. The food didn’t seem fresh, and the selection was very limited. For a hotel that claims to be high-end, I expected much better quality and variety. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are definitely better options in Hebron for the same price or even less. I regret booking here and will not be returning."
