"The hotel was easy to find this the parking place is not indicated. I drove at another place, a block beside the hotel. The elevator has a glass window and you can see outside when going up or down. I am afraid of highs so it was uncomfortable. The floor in the room is extremely noisy. I could hear the neighbours walking continuously. Very disturbing. Otherwise it seems ok. Shopping center nearby and nice reception. Maybe if I get used to the place I will appreciate it more."

"My partner and I stayed here whilst visiting her family for Easter. The hotel is beautiful throughout. We were made to feel very welcome and with my very limited Polish everyone conversed in English if needed. The team in the hotel were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The food in the restaurant was of an excellent standard and the choice of drinks was very good the look and atmosphere was lovely quiet music playing throughout The room was cleaned daily towels and bedding changed daily too.. It was a short distance to the centre of Białystok we walked it and it took around 20 mins. I would definitely recommend it and I look forward to coming again soon"

"I was impressed with how quiet a night's sleep was to be had at this Hotel. I am a light sleeper and frequently get disturbed by outside influences and people making noise in nearby rooms through wafer thin walls. The room size was also generous and the breakfast better than average for choice and quality. The underground car park was fine but a little pricey and shared with the shopping centre."
