Home2 Suites by Hilton Macon I 475 ★★★
"The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and everyone loved having their own side table to put books and electronics on. I always love the soft bedding at Home2 Suites as well. It was a perfect stay. (My only wish is for more water pressure I the shower, but it did the job fine.)"

Days Inn by Wyndham Macon I-475
Ramada by Wyndham Macon
"Hotel Z has no elevator or indoor stairs, but rather stairs outside the building. I had two large suitcases and couldn't get them up. I asked the waiter if they could help me get them up. They said, "No." I asked if I could cancel. They said, "Yes." I asked if they could help me cancel for free. They said, "Yes, I can cancel for free, but I have to contact the platform for a refund." I'm a Ctrip Gold member, so I immediately contacted the platform's customer service. They called right away to confirm if a refund was available. The hotel's front desk said they needed to process the confirmation via email and told me to leave. After the platform contacted me several times to say the hotel wouldn't refund, I stayed at a nearby hotel. I contacted the hotel's front desk again and told them, "If you had clearly stated that you couldn't cancel, or if you had canceled the refund, I would have gotten my luggage up there anyway. You said you could cancel for me. You're deceiving consumers." I think I understand that "I canceled for you" means I'll keep your money, so you can leave."

"The location was a bit tricky to get to from the highway. But the staff was kind and very welcoming. Breakfast was good."

"Service was pretty slow when we got there Thursday night. It wasn’t our waitress fault. Not very organized and kitchen seemed slow. The next morning we had to pay for breakfast. $15.99 for breakfast that is usually included in your stay. We only booked for one night because we had a grandson in a wrestling tournament and didn’t know if we would need two nights. I wish I had booked the second night with trip. Com and I didn’t because we were right there at the convention center and I walked back over and ask to get our same room for one more night. We got it for almost double the price of the first night and still had to pay for breakfast."
Spark by Hilton Macon North
"It's my first time staying here. The room is very clean and free welcome cookies are provided. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but it looked very good. There is a large forest next to it."
Comfort Inn & Suites Macon North I-75
Best Western Riverside Inn
"We were looking for a hotel to stay at overnight on our drive down to Florida. This hotel is right off I-75 and the price was reasonable. Our room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods. Check-in was fine."
Comfort Suites
Hampton Inn & Suites Macon I-75 North
"We arrived at the property and went to the front desk, where two female staffers were preoccupied with something on the computer system. Stood in front of them for several minutes finally asked if this was the Hampton Inn, which they said yes, and went right back to their tasks. Finally, we decided to go to the restroom and then return to the desk where we finally were able to check in. No one said hello asked if they could help us. It was as if we were invisible. Never had this experience at any place before."
