Attention! Specially with room nr. 101. Not the real pictures on booking. The walls are peeling, the room is smelly, dirty, the mattresses are so bad. Directly next to the shared toilet. The windows face to the main road, noises everywhere. Morning 4 garbage truck with all the smell. For 62 euros you couldn't get bed linen and towels (it's an extra 15 euro cost/person) If you count all together for 2 people, 90 euros, you can stay in beautiful hotels in SJPDP. This place is a shame for Booking which of the synonym of accommodation where everybody goes. It is a pity that they only think of deceiving the tourist with false photos and dubious information, in order to profit and provide a bad stay and with it a very bad experience of the tourist destination. Without a doubt it is much better to start the journey in Roncesvalles where quality and good practices help to have a great gastronomic experience and rest.

Je me suis faite, agressée littéralement, verbalement par le gérant il s’est permis de rentrer dans ma chambre à 8h20 car je n’avais pas encore quitté les lieux. Rien ne nous indiqué qu’il fallait partir avant ni dans les affichages, ni dans les sms. Mais cette agression est inadmissible quand on est commerçant.

Horrible..hemos.pasado muchiiiisimo frío, no está climatizada la,habitación ,llena de humedades y mal olor,mal conservado, y no hay almohadas,solo cojines super altos que parece que duermes en un tronco...los baños,muy desagradable, muy sucio sin ventilación,solo agua caliente en el grifo , por el precio una estafa...no nos dan solución al frío, ni almohadas, nos metimos en la cama con una humedad brutal en la habitación y no hemos pegado ojo.muchisiiimo tráfico .fatal fatal fataaaal

Nous avons fait étape au gîte Compostella en chemin à vélo vers Santiago de Compostella et avons pu y profiter d’un repos réparateur après les rudes côtes du Pays Basque. Nous avons apprécié que Lydie, notre hôtesse nous contacte à l’heure convenue pour notre arrivée afin de nous indiquer où garer nos vélos et nous indiquer où se trouvait notre dortoir partagé à cinq. La literie est très confortable, équipée de draps et housses d’oreillers jetables. Les sanitaires partagés sont très pratiques et très propres. Nous avons pu prendre avant de repartir un excellent petit-déjeuner commandé la veille, servi avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Certains avis nous semblent très injustes envers ce gîte qui offre à notre avis tout ce que peut attendre le pèlerin pour un prix tout à fait convenable.

Le gîte Compostella fait payer bien cher ses pietres prestations ! Aucun accueil à l'arrivée ni au départ. Chambre tres spartiates et qui mériteraient grandement d'être rénovées (peinture au plafond qui s'écaille, banquette usée et sale...) Les sanitaires sont communs et pas en meilleurs états. Le gîte fait payer 15€ pour une serviette et des draps ! Au final une nuit coûte très cher...Merci l'afflux de pèlerins ! A éviter dans la mesure du possible.
