"We stayed at Parkhotel Bielefeld for a night going south through Germany. We keep choosing this hotel when traveling from Denmark. It is a quiet and nice hotel, perfect for a overnight stay. The rooms are large and quiet, so you wake up relaxed ready to continue your journey. There is a good restaurant at the hotel, so no need to elsewhere for dinner. The hotel itself has a nice and relaxing atmosphere, so it is easy to unwind when you get there. And last but not least - the staff is excellent and so service minded, you really feel welcome and they attribute to the cosy atmosphere - in many ways you feel that you are staying at a much smaller hotel, because the staff are so attentive and nice."

"Benefits: The lady at the reception was very friendly and I could check in one hour earlier. Parking was comfortable because there was a private parking place that could be used for 12 euros per day. There is a Lidl just in front of the hotel, which made shopping very practical. Disadvantages: Although the outside temperature was only 22 degrees, it was very hot in the room. There was no air conditioning or ventilator. Without open windows you could hardly sleep, but with open windows it was very noisy, you could even hear the voices of people outside. I would disregard sensitive people. In addition to the fact that the refrigerator was dirty and the shower gel broke, the cleanliness was overall OK. A washing machine was not available. When the neighbors went in and out next door, the door was wackled and the light appeared in, which brought a slightly unsure feeling."

It’s so nice I will rebook and come back in two weeks and stay again. Mario the manager was so friendly and welcoming, the receptionist who checked us in was also great she took her time explaining everything to us. Amazing value for money."

"I booked this hotel in November for a stay for 23 December to December 26(checkout). I had to cancel, I canceled 2 weeks prior of arrival. I still have not received my refund. I would not recommend this hotel because of this I convince. Basically, they stole my money. "
