"A perfect 3 night stay for me and colleagues during our official visit last month. It was a trip for which expenses was to be borne by our clients so I don't know much about pricing here but the facilities, service and food were more than satisfactory. I stayed Room 310. Room was average sized, bed and linens clean and nice, phone , TV , hot water kettle, and some complimentary tea and coffee was there in the room. AC and WiFi worked without a problem. The attached bathroom with dental kit was fine but no shaving set was there. Housekeeping was satisfactory. Food in the restaurants served vegetarian options only ,which was perfect for me. Complimentary breakfast was good. There was a bar also on a different floor, lower than the restaurant. Gym is there. Parking available. The staffs are friendly."

"I stayed in this hotel for 3 days 16.06 23 to 18.06.23 . Thye added false bill in my food bill and take money from me. As I checked after coming to India, I found that they have taken extra money from me by adding false bills.When I followed up by calling, his manager Mr. Keshav Yadav told that the mistake happened by hotel and we will refund your money. But still I haven't got my money back. Total amount is NPR.1998. As details below . I recommend , pls.do not stay at this hotel."

"I am staying here at room no. 310 since yesterday. The hotel is comfortably located , right on the Biratnagar -Jogbani road. It's nearer to the India border than any other known hotel in Biratnagar. The hotel is true to its name, looks big and has rooms spread over four floors besides a fifth one for the hall. The rooms are nice, clean and nicely arranged. The bathroom yesterday wasn't so clean but got cleaned today. AC is working and effective, Flat screen TV, phone and hot water kettle are available here. Safety lockers though aren't available. they provide bathroom slippers in the room, two pairs, which aren't available there in many other hotels in Nepal. Bathrooms are with basic amenities like soap, shampoo, shaving and dental kit/pouch. The breakfast had limited options to choose from and "needs to improve" kind of service. the in room dining though was an excellent experience. check in was smooth and fast. other services are satisfactory."
