Sarovar Portico Birgunj Nepal ★★★★

📍 Adarshnagar-10, Birgunj

"I recently stayed at Sarovar Portico Birgunj, and it was an outstanding experience. Everything exceeded my expectations from the warm hospitality and professional staff to the clean, comfortable rooms. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the pricing was fair and well managed. The entire team made me feel welcome throughout my stay, making it truly feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend Sarovar Portico Birgunj to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again!"

📍 Birgunj, Birgunj

"The room for more than 200 yuan is very bad. There is a strange smell inside and it is not clean. There is a big difference between the picture and the room. The hygiene is not good either."

Sarovar Portico Birgunj Nepal ★★★★
"About 6–7 days ago, we visited Nest at Sarovar Portico Birgunj. Although there was a slight delay in receiving our food, the service provided by Ronik was truly exceptional. He handled the situation with great professionalism, apologized sincerely, and ensured that we were comfortable throughout our visit. Despite the delay, the level of care and attention we received was outstanding. Ronik demonstrated what true hospitality means through his polite attitude, genuine concern, and excellent service. It is rare to find a staff member who takes such personal care of guests and makes them feel valued. Thank you so much, Ronik, for turning a delayed meal into a memorable experience. You are truly a valuable asset and a rare member of the Sarovar Portico Birgunj team."
