"There was a function going on at the hotel so there was no service for other guests. We arrived in the afternoon and were told the restaurant was unavailable that evening, and that even a simple cup of tea was not possible. When we came back to the hotel after supper in the old town the music was so loud the walls were shaking. No apologies were given for this dreadful experience. The music went on through the evening until around 11pm."

"I stayed there for 2 nights. A little distance from the center (20-25 minutes walk). And even if the receptionist had advised us to walk, we preferred to get close to the car: the parkings after 6:00 are free and we have no difficulty to park near the pedestrian area. Breakfast is very good, the room is very beautiful with a moquette, the cleaning is good. Surely excellent quality/price ratio. Positive judgement, if I return from Bistrita I will be happy to return."
