"Great location, close to many restaurants, you can walk to from ferry. Water view of harbor was cool to watch the ferries come and go. Quiet and peaceful to sit on balcony in the morning. Rooms were beautifully decorated with antiques and had everything you need including books to read. Owners quickly responded to questions and very nice. They own the shop downstairs so available for questions."

They have a special menu from 7pm-10 pm which included a Lobster dinner for $20 ! Also music in the evening,"

"Excellent service from the owner. He immediately greeted us and got us settled in. We had been on the last ferry before the hurricane was to hit and we were frazzled to say the least. But once we walked in to the Kai Kai shop all our worries melted away and we were in island mode. The room was clean and the view was spectacular!! Great place for a great price! "
