I was going to the reception in the morning in person. However, the staff Theresa told me she cannot help me. I asked him why my friend travelled with me together can check out late and I cannot. She just told me said the hotel is full of travellers can cannot do so. I was so disappointed with her feedback because she did not even check why she cannot help."
