"Beautiful area! The Euphorbia trees were so pretty. We spent 3 nights in a luxury villa that was perfectly apportioned. Rode a cable car across the Limpopo River to get to the reserve. Guide Kenosi and Tracker, Mike were fun, knowledgeable, and like family before the journey was over. Everyone took such care of us. The only animals we could not find were cheetahs and pangolins. Guide Kenosi experience with over 20 years had never seen a pangolin in his entirety. But we looked! Area very Rocky and off roading was fun. Watched a young lion attempt a kill within a large herd of impala, nyala, zebra, etc. When the lion ran and the herd took off - the sound of the hooves thundering across the area will stay with me for along time. This lion was unsuccessful in the hunt, but we later found a lion with a baby giraffe. Also saw a leopard dragging an impala to hide it under a bush. Interesting process.
