The laundry room has a handheld steamer, which I was very happy about. My clothes were wrinkled from being in the suitcase, so having this was very convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped. The front desk service was also excellent, with a fridge and umbrellas available. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place! The decor is full of ethnic charm. Besides being a comfortable stay, you can also play claw machines, billiards, and archery to pass the time. The front desk staff, Xiao Nu'er, and the bar staff, Xiao Yue, are super nice and provide excellent service. If you're coming to Sayram Lake, book this place without hesitation!

The hotel is located within their commercial district, and we initially had trouble finding it, but the front desk lady was very kind and came to pick us up. There's a huge parking lot at the entrance, and parking in the commercial district is also free. We checked in in the afternoon, and since it was quite late, the check-in process was very quick. When we entered the room, our eyes really lit up – it was pretty much as we expected! The hygiene was also very good, and there's even a photo-op spot on the second floor! It's fantastic~

The front desk staff, Xiao Liang, was incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, and the second-floor area was a lot of fun. I had a very satisfying stay and highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be back!

Overall, a good stay. The only minor flaw is that there's no handrail on the bunk bed ladder, which poses a safety hazard. I suggest adding a handrail between the beds.

Facilities: Well-equipped Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Very close to the east gate of Sayram Lake, with plenty of dining options nearby. Service: The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. They called in advance to confirm our approximate check-in time and informed us about special circumstances regarding accommodations near Sayram Lake.

Pretty good, the hotel is quite new, but some facilities still need to be improved. Overall, it's not bad.

The room has high ceilings and two bunk beds, offering each person their own private space, which made for a great night's sleep. The common area has billiards, arcade games, and a claw machine. The laundry room also has a dryer, which is very convenient.

The room was fantastic! We were on a road trip, and it was lively and fun to stay together.
