"As we were on a G Adventures tour of Turkey we had this hotel as our first stop. It was not a tourist stop per se, more of a sleep-over stop before heading on our journey of exploration. The group dinner would have been Ok if they served up our meals as they were ready but as they held them all so we could be served simultaneously they arrived cold. Breakfast, however, was really good. That the staff were bilingual was really great."

"The room was generally clean. The color scheme and furniture were a bit old, but it didn't affect our rest. The breakfast was good, the location was OK, and the hotel staff were helpful with parking. We booked a triple room, but the hotel system had a problem, so we were given a king-size bed room. After negotiation, the hotel arranged another king-size bed room on a different floor. The price was very cost-effective, and it was quite good."

"On the way from Istanbul to Safranbolu, there's a city called Bolu, a small, undeveloped tourist destination. It's a very down-to-earth town with friendly and tranquil people. The hotel there was fantastic; the rooms were spacious, bright, and clean. It was perfect for a rest during a long journey. The hotel reception even had a welcome sign in Chinese, which was wonderful! I would definitely stay there again next time!"

"This is a decent hotel for a short stay. The rooms are spacious. I think my room could’ve been scrubbed down/cleaned a bit more, however. At the time of my stay, the wifi was not working so I had to rely on my mobile internet. Because the internet was down, the server at dinner advised us that he could not accept payment by card; I wish he had advised us of this earlier. Also, please note that an iron is not provided with the room. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water bottles in the room. Breakfast was delicious."

"There are two parts to this hotel. One is the Bolu City Hotel and the other is the Deluxe Hotel. They are about 50 meters apart. Breakfast is served in the main City Hotel. I stayed in the deluxe, which is like having an apartment. The room was very big! The bathroom is big too. When you arrive at the door, you have to call the number, and someone will walk over and let you in. No one speaks English, but they are very friendly and helpful.The breakfast is very good. The hotel is near the city center, and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby."
