"Budget hotel with old interior. It was clean and the staff very friendly. I was there to do some work and for that I cannot recommend the room. Small with no real desk and the function of the aircondition was intermittent. We had bereakfast one morning and it was OK but mostly sweet stuff and croissants. The hotel was also very far from the city centre."

"What a wonderful place! I stayed here alone, but I never felt alone. Beautiful rooms, soft linens, and scented towels. A rich and varied breakfast, a joy every morning. The view from the window with its French balcony is picture-perfect. The sea is spectacular, blue and clear, and having a private beach is a true luxury. Housekeeping is meticulously done every day. But the real strength of this hotel is the staff: everyone is so kind, smiling, and helpful. And I'm not just speaking Italian: they also speak perfect French and English, which makes everything even easier and more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team! I will definitely try to return. ❤️"

"I really recommend this hotel. (Extra reading for the Swedes down below 🇸🇪) The first thing I want to tell you about is that the manager of the hotel was so nice to us. I injured my toe whilst there and the manager put such an effort in to helping me bandaging it. He really cared. The rooms are really nice, the bed was seriously amazing to sleep in. The bathroom was super fresh. 5 min walking distance from the center of Bordighera. We decided to stay one more night in Bordighera, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked for another night. However the manager helped us find and recommend other really nice hotels. And also let us leave our luggage there so we could walk around and choose where to stay. (They do have breakfast but we didn’t eat there) The elevator is super slow and weird so if possible choose the stairs. 🇸🇪 fråga honom om hans Sverigeresa november 2022 😄"

"The hotel offers the option of staying in a room with breakfast included in the morning, or in an apartment located across the street from the hotel. We chose the apartment; it's spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and two balconies. Partially renovated and with new furnishings (only the bathroom is in its original condition), everything was clean upon our arrival, well-equipped with bed linens and towels. There's air conditioning and Wi-Fi (though the latter's performance left a bit to be desired). The rent also includes parking and beach service (an umbrella and two lounge chairs). The beach is pebbly, as is the seabed. The train station is not far away, but it's not a problem since the apartment isn't adjacent to the tracks. We were able to walk to the city center in 20 minutes. We had a great time and appreciated being a bit removed from the hustle and bustle typical of summer seaside resorts. The staff, especially one lady, were also very friendly. I don't know her name, but we often turned to her for any needs or information. Thanks in part to her, our vacation was enjoyable."
