"Wouldn't have had any problems with this hotel if it had not been for the issues I had on check out. We had prepayed for 50% of the total prior to arrival, however on check out was charged 100%, totaling 150% of the rooms rates. When the error was spotted (after charging the card) it was rectified but could only be paid as cash (offer was made to bank transfer but would have taken upto five working days, and possibly additional calls to chase and resolve). Terrible customer service to resolve the non sterling transaction charges incurred as a consequence of their mistake. Will never book directly always via 3rd party. Excellent hotel, terrible accounting and customer service."

"They are renting apartments within a hotel, so we first had to call them (couldn’t reach them) until we find out that the people from the hotel next to it have the keys. We were not able to use the pool and the sauna because it is only the apartments and no services."

"I go on holiday 4 or 5 times a year and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am not one to write reviews. This is my first review of a hotel because I think it is important people should be warned. I am left in shock from the rudeness of the staff. The toilet door wouldn’t shut at all so the other 3 guests had to spectate as one used the toilet. I told staff every day and they shrugged their shoulders. Breakfast was ok but It’s like a hotel of the Karen’s diner except the staff aren’t actors/actresses. We booked half board but the food was TERRiBLE so we ate out every night. The WiFi didn’t work and it was dirty. To top it off when I was checking out they tried to charge me for a drink I didn’t purchase. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Read the reviews from Moura mountain villas and spa too. They seem to have two pages on trip advisor. Maybe they set up a new one because the reviews are so bad on here. There are much better hotels to stay in Bovovets."
