******THE LAKE HOUSE ON GUN LAKE YOU HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR******This essential lake house sits right on the lake front on what is referenced as the gold coast of Gun Lake due to its perfectly golden sandy bottom beaches and expansive views with the cleanest freshest water on the lake in part to the springs. With no road to cross to the lake and no busy road in your back yard you can sit back and enjoy all the lake has to offer in peace. The large expansive dock complete with loungers give plenty of room for a large group to hang out all day in the water. Plenty of seating on the deck to watch the sunset while cooking on the Weber grill. Inside will not disappoint as it has been completely rehabbed and shows like brand new. Four bedrooms and two and half baths give plenty of comfortable sleeping room with no over crowded rooms and beds stacked on top of each other. We added mini-split AC/Heat Pumps in all upstairs sleeping areas and the main floor in the Spring of 2024. The cottage has radiant boiler heat throughout and is great for all seasons.We also added a fence in the front yard in the Spring of 2024.
