Beautiful lake views can also be seen while relaxing in beds indoors. This amazing retreat is less than 1-hour drive from downtown Dallas. The house features 500MB/s fiber internet and rising desk in case you need to meet/work with the rest of the world. Guests have access to the boat dock and fishing pier. There are 2 adult and 1 child kayaks with life vests in storage building. The boat lift is locked and reserved for owner usage only. The West Tawakoni City Park is within 1 mile with boat launch, fish cleaning station, numerous picnic tables, playground including volleyball, basketball, baseball, soccer and horseshoe pits.Lake Tawakoni State Park is about 15 miles away where you can explore our 376 acres of oak forest, more than five miles of lakeshore, and the lake, a lot of fun activities like Boat, fish or swim on the water; hike, mountain-bike, go birding or geocaching.There are quite a few great restaurants and bars in the area.
