Chains and/or 4-wheel drive are highly recommended during the winter months. Bring them up w/ you.This is a tight quiet private neighborhood. Partying / loud music is STRICTLY prohibited & fines will be imposed if the Sheriff is called. We ask that you respect our hood & the peaceful environment it provides.
