The room is very small, the shower head is very small, the service staff are very unprofessional, and the thing that doesn't meet the standards of a star hotel is that there are very few seats in the lobby for people to rest and wait for others. There are always people who are sitting there in a crooked way for no one knows what. If you want to wait for a car or someone, you can only stand, or you can only choose to sit in the lobby where you have to pay. Breakfast is almost all cold except for the noodles and wonton stew that were made in advance. It really can't be worse."

The room was clean and elegant, and the zero-pressure pillow ensured a super comfortable sleep. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is excellent, close to the Chinese Herbal Medicine City and the high-speed rail station, making travel a breeze. Tongtong's thoughtful service made my trip even warmer. I'm definitely sticking with this hotel whenever I visit Bozhou!"

Kong Meng at the front desk was very helpful and provided a nourishing chicken soup with traditional Chinese medicine, which was particularly delicious. The floor is high and quiet, the sanitation is very clean, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the experience is very good. I will stay here again next time."
