"Dirty city. Bradford is an awful place to stay. Couldn’t believe how much crime and rubbish we saw while there, also intimidated by the people in the city. Rats around the hotel ground. Very expensive for such a mediocre place to stay. Jacuzzi bath dirty. Looks nice from the outside."

"Everything was great. We had a long layover between flights and needed a decent place to sleep instead of spending the night on airport chairs. The hotel was very easy to find, offered free parking, and the reception was open when we arrived at 1:00 AM. The room was clean and fairly priced. Even though we only stayed for 3 hours before heading back to the airport, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is in a good location near the city centre and across from the theatres, handy for local transport which is walkable in about 8 minutes. The room was large with a good bathroom but a shower would have been better than climbing into a bath. The breakfast was buffet style and a varied choice including alternative dairy options my disappointment was the orange juice which was not undiluted. The lifts were large enough to accommodate wheel chairs."

"I travel to this hotel on a weekly basis and I have to say the same standards are always met whoever is working. Friendly and very welcoming. Food has something for everyone. The rooms are always tidy. My go to place when I’m coming down for work.  Highly recommend"

"Great Central location and decent size room. Just lacking attention to detail. Room booking hot - no thermostat on radiator and windows sealed shut! A fan was provided. A 2nd small window in the bedroom missing a curtain and blocked bath drain!"

"Ideal for our one night stay. I bit tricky to find, but if you follow the signs it's OK. Excellent room size, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Just one point. I didn't know about paying for the carpark which costs £4 per 24hrs."

"Stayed here for a family wedding. Check in was 3pm we arrived at 4pm and the room wasn't ready. Luckily we were able to camp put on a relatives room as we had kids with us. Went back after a while the room was partially ready. We paid an additional £25 to have the sofa bed made however this wasn't done so had to request this twice. The late check in made us miss the drinks reception. We also got given the wrong room keys twice. When your paying over the odds for what u get service like this is frustrating. On getting in the room it was a rushed clean vile remote other people hair and dust was visible. The sofa bed mattress was barley a mattress super thin. General service by the hotel staff was appalling to be honest and you can tell there is no consistency with training. There seemed to be no concern that our room wasn't ready for the confirmed time, or the bed wasn't made etc which just left us dumbfounded in a business of hospitality. We paid £170 for a room. A partially ready room that was not ready for the confirmed check in time. That made us late for the reception. This did not include breakfast. This hotel is a case of spending on the aesthetics but it is not backed by a well serviced team. And to be honest that's what makes a great hotel"
