"This Travelodge offers spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation. On arrival the helpful receptionist swopped us (without even being asked) to a quiet room at the back of the hotel, with trees outside the window, making it very pleasant. The room was very large, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was convenient for us, as we were visiting friends and family, and there are plenty of facilities nearby. Unfortunately, during our stay my partner became unwell and had to be admitted to A and E. The manager, Yuko, was extremely helpful, and all the staff were very kind and concerned. All was fine in the end, and we appreciated their help. We would definitely stay here again. I would heartily recommend staying at this venue."

Monday was fine, but on Tuesday we were refused breakfast and told it had to be pre-booked. The female manager was rude and spoke to us loudly in front of other guests. This happened in front of my children, which was upsetting and embarrassing. This isn’t the standard of service we expect from Premier Inn."

"The hotel is beautiful , the room was lovely but there was a huge wedding on which was so so loud. It looked beautiful and yes it’s a wedding venue but it’s a Tuesday night and I think people should be informed before spending a lot of money. I love a good wedding but to be listening to such loud music until very very late is quite unfair when you have to be up at 6am. This hotel should not accept business guests."
